Sharon Aba TP Services is a tax consulting firm specializing in transfer pricing. Documenation applicable in countries where master file/local file documents are not applicable, or where the taxpayer has yet to reach a certain threshold as determined in the local TP legislation.

Sharon has over 20 years of professional experience and has led all major aspects of transfer pricing including planning and documentation, IP migration and restructuring, financial transaction analyses, Advanced Pricing Agreements (APA) and audit defense.

Sharon has vast experience in serving clients in various industries including technology, telecommunications, media, consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Sharon held senior positions at leading TP practices (Executive Director in EY Israel and Senior Manager at Deloitte) Sharon’s experience in the tax world exceeds Transfer pricing and includes serving as an independent consultant as well as an external tax director for two multinational companies.

Sharon holds a master’s degree in business administration, with a specialization in innovation and strategy, from the Rotmans School of Management, University of Toronto as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from York University, Toronto.

Dan Bram

Partner

Dan has over 20 years of experience in transfer pricing practices of the Big 4 accounting firms and transfer pricing boutiques where he performed transfer pricing planning and documentation projects across various industries including high-tech, consumer goods, biotechnology, and real estate.

Dan also has extensive experience in intangible assets related transactions and intellectual property valuations as well as debt financing analyses.

Dan’s experience expands across continents working at EY in Tel Aviv, followed by PWC in Dublin, Ireland and then in EY Perth, Australia. Dan also served as Ness Technologies’ in-house transfer pricing manager.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from York University, Toronto.
